Meridian Villa Residence

Overview

Meridian Villa Residence is a contemporary coastal-edge villa crafted for calm living, generous light and refined materiality.

Project Story

The clients envisioned a private retreat that still felt connected to the landscape. We developed a composition of clean volumes, shaded terraces and warm interiors that soften the architectural lines.

Design Concept

The design concept balances solid and void — deep overhangs for climate comfort, open living volumes for gathering, and quieter private wings for rest.
